All our Coach Trips depart from the Garden Centre, there are no pick ups on the way, so we get to the destination more quickly. You are welcome to leave your car in our car park for the day FREE!
Bookings are made on a first come, first served basis and seats on the coaches are not reserved. Payment for the majority of our coach trips needs to be made in full when you book - due to the nature of booking shows and events we cannot offer refunds (unless we have to cancel - a full refund will then be made with as much notice given as possible).
If you change your mind : Please let us know as soon as possible. If the trip is full with a waiting list, we may be able to re-sell your ticket & give you a refund. If this is not the case, unfortunately we will not be able to refund any monies paid. PLEASE NOTE - Any coach holidays run by Pennywood Tours, our travel partner will be subject to THEIR terms and conditions.
* Garden Club Members get 10% Off the price on all Coach Day Trips (not on Coach Holidays organised by Pennywood Tours) - Discount applies to Club Member only. If you hold a joint membership, both card holders can take advantage of the 10% Discount.

NEW! Holidays with our travel partner Pennywood Tours
We have worked with Pennywood over the last few years, running successful mini breaks to explore the Bulbfields in Amsterdam, and the Great Gardens of South East England. You can look at their website at www.pennywoodtours.com for more details on all tours.
You can join any of the trips offered - for any that depart from the South East, Pennywood are able to arrange a local hotel and you will be able to leave your car at a local garden centre for the duration of your holiday. Pennywood's helpful staff can explain more about this when you book.

Malvern Spring Flower Show
Saturday 10th May 2025 Departs 0830am
£75 per person / £67.50 per person for Garden Club Members
Join us on this popular trip to the first major gardening show of the season at the Three Counties Showground in Malvern, Worcestershire.
You'll find lots to see in the show gardens, with experts on hand from the RHS advice team in the main marquees, as well as everything else from the world of horticulture. Malvern is also a showcase event for many plant societies and clubs, with many specialist growers attending - you might even end up buying some plants!
Bletchley Park

£40 per person if you travelled with us last year and still have your annual entry ticket from Bletchley (This covers the cost of the coach seat)
Once the top secret home of the WW2 Codebreakers, Bletchley is now a vibrant heritage attraction. Immersive films, interactive displays, museum collections and WW2 rooms will guide you on a journey to discover the past - a fascinating day out. Food & drink is available to buy onsite, and there are also picnic areas set in the beautiful grounds if you want to take a packed lunch.

This amazing Victorian garden was created by James Bateman for his collection of plants from around the world. A visit takes you on a global journey from Italy to the pyramids of Egypt, a Victorian vision of China and a recreation of a Himalayan Glen. Biddulph is also home to the oldest remaining Golden Larch in Britain, brought from China in the 1850's.

RHS Wentworth Woodhouse Flower Show, South Yorkshire

RHS Tatton Park is taking a break for a few years, and the show is now 'on the road'. First stop is Wentworth Woodhouse, an 87 acre Georgian House and Gardens in Rotherham, South Yorkshire.
The show will contain all the favourites including the fantastic floral marquee packed with floral nursery knowledge, a selection of show gardens and lots of long borders. Parts of the House will be open too, and there will be tours of the house & garden which you can join on the day.

Harrogate Autumn Flower Show
Saturday 20th September 2025 Departs 0800am

Harrogate Autumn Show is set in Newby Hall & Gardens on the outskirts of Harrogate. The show promises both beautiful floral displays as well as exceptional produce from the allotment. Garden inspiration for both experts and the occasional gardener will feature in abundance.
Visitors to the Show can also enjoy Newby Hall's award winning gardens, live talks & demos, great garden shopping and stunning art installations within Newby Hall.
Highclere Castle - Home to Downton Abbey
Thursday 24th July 2025 Departs 9am
£79 per person / £71 per person for Garden Club Members
Highclere Castle has become world famous as the setting for ITV's popular drama 'Downton Abbey' over the last few years. Explore the staterooms and see behind the scenes where much of the programme was filmed.
Your ticket includes entrance to the Egyptian Exhibition located in the basement of the castle, where you can find out all about how the Earl of Carnarvon discovered the tomb of Tutankhamun.
Ticket price includes return coach travel, entrance to the Castle, Castle Gardens and Egyptian Exhibition.
Highgrove Gardens 2025
Departure date & time TBC - the latest update we have is that dates will be released in early March. We are hoping to visit in June & September but this will depend on whether we are successful in securing tickets.
Following another 2 successful visits to Highgrove last summer we are now taking names & numbers for those of you who'd like to visit again in 2025.
We won't know the date until the spring, but if you are on the list, you'll have a few days advance notice of dates & pricing before the dates are released to the general public - please get in touch with your details.
Pricing expected to be around £139 per person - this includes your return coach travel, guided tour of the gardens, then after the tour a 2 course meal, glass of Highgrove Wine or Soft Drink, plus a tea or coffee to finish.
Raymond Blanc's 'Le Manoir Aux Quat'saisons' Summer 2026
Oxfordshire
After another successful visit to 'Le Manoir' in November 2024 - our 5th trip, we are thinking about another trip next summer. This will be a great day out, featuring a garden tour, champagne and canapes, followed by a four course Michelin starred meal plus all wine and drinks.

As a guide, the last trip was £385pp with Garden Club Members paying £349. Expect an increase in this (as with most things!) - we would take an initial deposit on booking, with the balance being due around 8 weeks before departure.
