2024 Late Autumn Coach Trip
Raymond Blanc's 'Le Manoir Aux Quat'Saisons'
Our next trip to 'Le Manoir' takes place on Wednesday 20th November 2024, and offers guests the chance to see the famous hotel just before the start of the Christmas celebrations.
As you might expect at the start of winter, there is far less to see in the gardens, so we won't be taking a guided tour around as we do in the summer

The day begins at Curborough, where you leave your car to join the coach (departure time 0830am - please be at the Garden Centre around 15 minutes before this to ensure an on time departure.).
We should be back in Lichfield between 7-7.30pm that evening.
We should arrive at Le Manoir late morning ready to start our day of cookery, floristry and fine dining.
The trip takes 2 parts - firstly on arrival the group will split into two, and half of the group will be taken to the Raymond Blanc Cookery School to see a live cooking demonstration hosted by chefs from the hotel's experienced team.
While this happens, the other half of our party will take their seats to see a flower arranging demonstration hosted by the local florist who works closely with the Hotel creating some truly stunning arrangements.
The groups then swap so both parties will see both activities.
We then regroup for a Champagne reception with Canapes

Shortly after this, we are then called into 'La Belle Epoque' dining room where we will have lunch. Personalised name cards will be on each table, along with menus for you to take home as a memento.
Lunch is served in 'La Belle Epoque' (pictured right), which we have exclusive use of for the day. This room will hold 5 tables of 10 people, and each guest will have a personalised name card and souvenir menu to take home with them.

Lunch also includes Half a bottle of wine per person (red, white or rose - selected by Le Manoir's Sommelier) with your meal, plus bottled water.

There will also be a non-alcoholic alternative available.

After lunch, we will be served Coffees and Petits Fours.

Many of the items on the menus at Le Manoir are either grown in the hotel's extensive kitchen garden, or locally sourced.

We asked everyone when they booked if there are any allergies/dietary requirements, or if you are vegan or vegetarian. This information has been now passed on and you will receive an alternative option where applicable. ​

This very special day out would make a great birthday, Christmas or anniversary gift, or just as a treat to yourself!
The ticket price is £385 per person. Our Garden Club Members pay a reduced price of £346.50 per person.
This price includes return coach travel, Champagne & Canapes, your meal and all drinks as well as both the activities.
At this point, we need a deposit of £100 per person to secure your place on the trip. The balance will be due later next summer - you will be reminded by email via our newsletter or by phone.

Important Information - please read carefully :
You will be seated on a shared table with fellow guests for lunch.
Dietary Requirements - we need to know at the time of booking if you have any food allergies or intolerances.
Dress code is smart casual.
Only the drinks detailed above will be served. There is no option of buying further/different drinks at the venue.
Gratuities are not included, but if you feel you would like to leave a tip, this is entirely at your discretion.
Cancellations : If you cancel your booking, we would only offer a full refund if we are able to re-sell your places.
